Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with Fresh Ripple Pool for all construction, maintenance, and electromechanical engineering services. By commissioning our services, you agree to the following provisions designed to ensure project safety, mechanical reliability, and service transparency.

1. Service Scope and Engineering Standards

Fresh Ripple Pool provides professional aquatic engineering and repair services. All construction projects are executed to regional structural standards. Any deviations from original specifications requested by the client during the project lifecycle may necessitate a formal Change Order, which may impact project timelines and costs.

2. Maintenance and Repair Warranties

We pride ourselves on the quality of our craftsmanship and the durability of our mechanical installations.

• Workmanship Warranty: We provide a limited warranty on all structural concrete work and mechanical installations, subject to adherence to our recommended maintenance schedules.
• Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage resulting from external environmental factors (e.g., extreme weather events), misuse, lack of proper system maintenance, or unauthorized modifications to the equipment by third-party contractors.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure optimal system performance and warranty validity, clients are responsible for:

• Providing clear access to the plant room and pool area for our technicians during scheduled visits.
• Adhering to operating guidelines for all installed equipment.
• Notifying our engineering desk immediately if an equipment fault or safety concern is identified.

4. Payments and Project Milestones

For all construction projects, payments are structured according to project milestones (e.g., excavation, structural casting, mechanical commissioning). Payments are due within seven (7) days of milestone completion. Failure to meet payment schedules may result in a temporary suspension of site work.

5. Liability Limitation

Fresh Ripple Pool is committed to the highest safety and quality standards. However, we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the pool, nor for damages resulting from pre-existing structural issues not disclosed or identifiable during the initial site assessment.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement regarding service delivery or project milestones, we encourage a direct discussion with our senior engineering team. We are committed to resolving all issues through professional consultation and, if necessary, mediation in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

7. Updates to Terms

These terms may be revised periodically to reflect changes in industry standards or operational practices. Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
